🇬🇧 Returns Policy — A4Y (Updated: July 2025)

Because style should feel right.

We get it — sometimes a product doesn't work out. At A4Y, returns are designed to be fair, thoughtful, and easy.

✅ What can be returned?

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

🚫 What can’t be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of:

  • Underwear and swimwear

  • Opened socks

  • Cosmetics or personal care items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Final Sale items (60%+ off in US & Canada)

  • Damaged or used items without original packaging

📩 How to start a return?

  1. Email info@a4y.uk with the subject “Return Request”

  2. Include your order number and list of items

  3. We’ll send return instructions and address

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary by bank or provider.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are not currently available. Please return the item and place a new order.

🚚 Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
