2. Orders
All orders are processed via our website. An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed. A contract is formed at the time we confirm your order.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment methods include Shopify Payments and PayPal. Payments are charged upon order confirmation.

4. Delivery

  • UK Standard Delivery: FREE (1–3 business days).

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout (5–12 business days).
    Tracking is provided via email once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • Sale items with 60%+ discount are final sale and non-refundable.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return costs.

A4Y LTD is not liable for indirect damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
